There have been several notable professional experiences for Jeff.  One was his work as general counsel for AM Communications, Inc.  The company went from a private to a public company by virtue of two public offerings (1980 & 1983) that raised a combined $10 million of total equity. investment. It also became qualified as a 1934 Securities Act company thereby imposing various annual and quarterly financial filing requirements. The significance being that out of that experience he became knowledgeable about the problems, burdens and responsibilities of small companies going through the public capital raising process and then maintaining their achieved status.

Another notable experience was his representation of the wealthy municipality of Quakertown Borough located in southeastern Pennsylvania. Quakertown had a population of 12,000 citizens, no debt and investments from prudent asset and utility managment of $20Million.  It was during this period that he set up and managed an industrial development authority to promote industrial and commercial growth in the Quakertown area.

Jeff was also commercial law counsel to a national bank during the savings and loan crises years and general counsel to a community based health care system for about 8  years.  Professionally Jeff was president of his county bar association in 1987-1988 (600+ members) and president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Financial Planning Association in 2002 (800+ members).  He has also been a director of the Bankruptcy Conference for the US District Court for the Eastern District  of Pennsylvania.
